Porte ñ os, referring to the residents in Buenos Aires, describe tango as life danced on the floor. Chan Park, author of a book titled Tango Zen: Walking Dance Meditation, has spent three years in Buenos Aires to discover that tango is about emotion, which is ins pired by music and shared between partners connected through embrace while walking together in unison. This documentary film tells his discovery of tango as culture, music, dance, friendship, love, and daily living in Buenos Aires, all of which have helped discover his inner passion for life. The trailer can be seen at: Saturday 23 rd June 2012 2.30pm  4pm Class 3: TANGO: EMBRACE, MUSIC AND WALK Many experienced dancers in Buenos Aires say if you know embrace, music, and  walk, you can enjoy dancing tango socially. This class explores ways to incorporate these basic yet essential elements of tango. 4.30pm  6pm Class 4: MILONGA CON TRASPIE : Milon ga and milonga con traspie are more than dancing  fast. Precise interpretation of music and body control for resilient and abrupt movements are the key. This class will help participants develop body and mind  discipline to interpret music and to enjoy danci ng milonga, fast, precisely, and with  great pleasure. 7pm  11.30pm: MILONGA  Non - stop dancing to a variety of traditional and alternative music to suit all tastes. Sunday 24 th June 2012 2pm  3.30pm Class 5: EMBRACE AND BREATHING. Experimenting some exercises related to mindful embrace and breathing in order to increase the tango pleasure. 4pm  5.30pm Class 6: TANGOMATH: "How can you multiply your steps/figures exponentially?" Exploring Mindfulness, Musicality, Improvisation, and  more... 5.30pm  9.30pm Tango Tea Dance: Non - stop dancing to a variety of traditional and alternative music to suit all tastes.  Tea, Coffee, Sandwiches and  Cakes will also be served.
